Overview
Synova is an AI-powered sales assistant designed to help businesses boost customer engagement and drive more sales — all without writing a single line of code. Once integrated into a store, Synova acts like a 24/7 smart consultant: it chats with customers, helps them compare products, and sends them direct purchase links. My role was to design a user-friendly and modern interface that makes complex AI features feel simple, useful, and accessible.
My Role & Contributions
As the UI/UX designer in the Synova team, I worked across research and design phases to shape a smooth and impactful experience. My key contributions included:
- Conducted competitor and UX analysis
- Identified strengths, gaps, and common UX patterns in similar AI-based sales platforms.
- Designed the chatbot widget
- Created a responsive and visually clean assistant widget that aligns with Synova’s tone and goals.
- Designed the user dashboard
- Built intuitive user flows and layouts tailored for business users managing automation and analytics.
- Crafted the landing page
- Designed a modern, user-focused landing with a focus on clarity, trust-building, and conversion.
- Created custom UI elements and micro-interactions
Challenges & Outcome
Key challenges:
- Designing a chatbot experience that feels helpful, not robotic or generic
- Adapting the design to work smoothly across various platforms and screen sizes
- Balancing simplicity and clarity in showcasing AI-powered features
- Creating a landing page that clearly communicates complex services while encouraging user trust and conversion
The final design delivered a clean, modern interface with smooth interactions — turning complex technology into a friendly and intuitive user experience. The chatbot widget and landing helped increase user engagement and made Synova’s value easier to understand.
Reflection
This project gave me the opportunity to design for a real AI-driven SaaS product, translating technical tools into human-friendly experiences.
It also strengthened my ability to prioritize clarity, responsiveness, and user confidence while working on fast-paced, high-impact product design.
